On this week's episode of Parenting Roundabout's entertainment-themed Round 2, Catherine and Terri chat about Dancing With the Stars, Sports Night, and the spectacular start of the second season of The West Wing. Here's your road map:

00:44 Dancing With the Stars Monday night's episode was more like "Whining With the Stars," if you ask us, but while we wouldn't have picked the two couples who went home on Tuesday night, we're happy for the couple who got engaged. So cute!

16:52 Sports Night — We continue our first-watch/rewatch with the season 1 episodes ""How Are Things in Gloca Morra?," "The Sword of Orion," "Eli's Coming," and "Ordnance Tactics," in which a real-life event steered the show in an unexpected direction and Aaron Sorkin took a plot he'll use again on The West Wing out for a spin. (For more on why Isaac had a stroke, read Entertainment Weekly's oral history of the show.)

28:59 The West Wing — We've been waiting to continue with our West Wing watch until the West Wing Weekly podcast got there (with lots of good interviews and insights), and we're happy to finally be able to gush over the extreme wonderfulness of "In the Shadow of Two Gunmen" parts 1 and 2. And having talked about them now, we may have to go watch them again. So good.

For next week's episode, we'll be watching the Sports Night episodes "Ten Wickets," "Napoleon's Battle Plan," and "What Kind of Day Has It Been" (watch along on ABC.com) as well as Dancing With the Stars and The West Wing season 2 episode 2 "The Midterms" (and the West Wing Weekly podcast ep about it).
