On this week's episode of Parenting Roundabout's entertainment-themed Round 2, we discuss the Great British Baking Show, watch the first four episodes of Parks and Recreation Season 7, and check in on the latest West Wing Weekly offering. Here's your road map:

00:36 British Bakers — Catherine's been watching The Great British Baking Show on PBS, Terri caught a little on Netflix, and we're not sure we're both watching the same season, but we agree that it has the perfect mixture of well-mannered competition, adorable accents, and delicious-looking baked goods.

10:30 Parks and Recreation marathon — This week, we discussed the first four episodes of the future-set final season: "2017," "Ron & Jammy," "William Henry Harrison," and (the quite wonderful) "Leslie and Ron," which resolves a four-episode Knope-Swanson feud with, among other things, Leslie's unique rendition of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire" as shown above.

24:18 West Wing watch— Following along with the West Wing Weekly podcast, we watched "Six Meetings Before Lunch." Like the podcasters, we can't quite figure out which six interactions made up those six meetings either.

For next week's episode, we'll be watching half of Parks and Rec's remaining eight episodes with "Grizzylbox," "Save JJ's," "Donna and Joe," and "Ms. Ludgate-Dwyer Goes to Washington," and the West Wing episode "Let Bartlet e Bartlet." Watch along! And if you want to join us for a Sports Night watch when we're done with Parks and Rec and get a weekly double-dose of Sorkin, you can watch it for free on ABC.com (warning: the ads truly are endless).
