On this week's episode of Parenting Roundabout's entertainment-themed Round 2, Catherine and Terri continue watching The Great American Baking Show and The West Wing, plus tee up a new challenge for each other. Here’s your road map:
00:33 Great American Baking Show — And just like that, this show rolls to a gentle, buttery stop as Amanda is crowned the winner. Now she gets to go home to her cute kids, leaving us to wonder what just happened here and exactly how long she and Stephanie were stuck in that tent. We’d watch this again, but we don’t have much faith that ABC will whip up another season.
11:44 The West Wing Weekly — In “Bartlet’s Third State of the Union,” the First Lady kicks some butt and both CJ and Ainsley lose their pants, and we enjoyed both the episode and the TWWW commentary. Next up: “The War at Home.”
17:25 Challenge Round — In a new weekly feature, Terri challenges Catherine to watch the Great Performances documentary, “In the Heights: Chasing Broadway Dreams.”
